The Payroll and Systems department provides services in the area of payroll accounting for the majority of employees and company pensioners of the domestic Bertelsmann group companies.
Your Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator (m/f/d) - Salary/Wages in the Corporate Center of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA in Gütersloh, you will be the contact person for an independent personnel area. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Implementation of contract data in compliance with labor law and all tax and social security regulations
- Creation of payroll statements and certificates
- Clarification of tax and social security specificities in cooperation with the tax department and health insurance companies
- Creation of evaluations and statistics using SAP and the internal control system
- Execution of automated document generation
Your Profile
After completing your training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), you have already gained practical professional experience in payroll accounting (gross and net calculation). Furthermore, you are characterized by:
- Knowledge of social security, wage tax, and labor law
- Experience with SAP HCM
- Strong numerical understanding, accuracy, and structured way of working
- Teamwork skills, service orientation, and a high degree of flexibility
- Very good MS Office skills
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
