About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at NETCONOMY. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems that address complex business challenges. Your expertise will help shape the future of our AI-driven initiatives, contributing to innovative projects that enhance our products and services. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning within the industry
• Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale, with expertise in agentic frameworks, vector databases, grounding, and related concepts
• Direct experience or strong familiarity with agent development platforms such as LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), or Agno
• Proven experience in researching and evaluating emerging AI models, frameworks, and technologies
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on hyperscalers like GCP, AWS, or Azure, including AI services, AutoML, and custom model development
• Strong and assertive communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• A passion for staying updated with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems

Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer at NETCONOMY, you will play a vital role in driving innovation by designing and deploying state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, to meet business needs and unlock new opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and develop scalable, robust AI solutions
• Conducting research to evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and agentic development kits, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of technology
• Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate the feasibility and performance of innovative AI approaches
• Engaging directly with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor AI-driven solutions accordingly, ensuring maximum value and impact
