About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst specialized in Chatbot & Voicebot technologies to join our team at our Frankfurt location. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our conversational banking solutions by analyzing, designing, and optimizing voice and chat interfaces that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Your expertise will help us develop innovative products such as speech-controlled systems, dialog management solutions, and agentic services, ensuring they are strategically aligned with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and compliance, to implement new features and ensure their seamless integration into our existing infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence the user experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our conversational AI offerings.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a comparable quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and classical modeling techniques, with experience applying them to real-world business problems.
- Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with a proactive and autonomous working style.
- International project experience is a plus.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on sustainable and scalable solutions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current conversational systems to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic enhancement plans.
- Design and create detailed user stories that guide the development of chatbot and voicebot functionalities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize optimization potentials to elevate customer interaction quality.
- Implement advanced technologies such as generative AI (genAI) to automate and digitalize processes, improving self-service capabilities for customers.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of new features and applications, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk, governance, usability, and economic requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, facilitating effective knowledge transfer and project execution.
- Engage in internal and external working groups to stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to strategic initiatives.
