About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Frontend Developer to join our dynamic, remote, five-member team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing complex, high-quality frontend applications used by professionals in the energy sector. Your work will involve translating technical and business requirements into efficient, modular code using Angular, RxJS, and TypeScript. You will create interactive, real-time views utilizing our internal libraries and ensure the robustness of the application through comprehensive component testing. Collaboration with colleagues from quality assurance and product management is essential to maintain high standards, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a completed degree in Informatics or a comparable qualification. You should have at least one year of professional experience in frontend development, demonstrating proficiency in Angular, RxJS, and TypeScript. Familiarity with tools like Nx, npm, and testing frameworks such as Playwright is advantageous. Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases, including Firebase, MongoDB, or Azure Table Storage, is required. A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, along with experience in responsive design and UI/UX principles, is essential. You should possess strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration within our international team. The ability to work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, combined with proactive communication and a desire to shape the future of our platform, are key qualities we seek.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include developing a complex frontend for professional energy market users as part of a remote team. You will create interactive, real-time dashboards and views utilizing internal libraries and translate business requirements into high-quality code with Angular, RxJS, and TypeScript. Implementing modular, reusable code that ensures maintainability in a large-scale enterprise project with over a million lines of code is vital. You will also develop and execute frontend component tests, for example, with Playwright, to guarantee application stability and quality over time. Collaboration is crucial; you will work closely with quality assurance and product management teams, keeping all stakeholders informed, providing constructive feedback, and suggesting improvements. Additionally, you will stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our development processes and product offerings.
