About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Specialist (w/m/d) to join our marketing team at our location in Karben near Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Your primary focus will be on developing engaging content that resonates with our target audiences in the B2B and HR sectors, thereby strengthening our brand presence and supporting our recruiting efforts.

You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, management, and other brand units, to plan and implement creative campaigns. Your role will involve content creation, community management, KPI analysis, and the execution of paid social media campaigns. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence our company's digital footprint and contribute to innovative employer branding initiatives, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed degree in marketing, communication, media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B social media marketing, with a strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and current social media trends.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as scheduling and analytics platforms is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of HR marketing, recruiting, and employer branding is advantageous.
  • Creativity, a keen eye for target-group relevant content, and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and KPI-driven working methods.
  • Fluency in German and good command of English are necessary.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing social media strategies tailored for recruiting and HR marketing initiatives.
  • Creating and publishing diverse content formats such as posts, reels, stories, and videos on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Developing innovative content formats to generate leads and enhance our employer brand.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media KPIs, including reach, engagement, and lead management, to optimize campaigns.
  • Engaging with our online community through active interaction and responding to comments and inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the sales and management teams to ensure alignment of content and campaigns with business goals.
  • Planning and implementing paid social media campaigns.
  • Working with internal graphic designers to develop templates and visual assets for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
