Your Future Responsibilities

• Planning, management, and billing of renovation, maintenance, and conversion measures, including construction supervision and adherence to project frameworks (quality, quantity, costs, and deadlines).
• Management and billing of services provided by external architecture and engineering firms.
• Tendering, awarding, and managing maintenance and service contracts.
• Execution of contract, planning, and construction controlling.
• Preparation and review of specifications, as well as preparation and support of tender processes.
• Support for technical property management in technical matters.

Your Profile

• Completed technical degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field, or a technician qualification with corresponding expertise.
• Several years of professional experience in planning and managing construction projects.
• Knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen - German Construction Contract Procedures).
• Confident and reliable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, team-minded, and able to work independently and reliably.
• Proficient in MS Office.
