Your Role

  • Versicherungskaufmann/frau / Fachwirt für Versicherungen Bereich bAV (Innendienst) (m/w/d)
  • Part-time (TZ), flexible from 20 hours
  • Based in Garching b. München or 100% remote nationwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage our bAV corporate client concepts and bAV projects in internal services.
  • You will be the competent point of contact for the HR departments of our bAV corporate clients within the direct insurance (3.63 ESTG) implementation path.
  • You will use our modern broker management software for contract administration.
  • You will act as the interface between our clients, the insurance companies, our consulting team, and our management.
  • Sales activities are definitely not part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

  • You have relevant training in finance or insurance, e.g., as a Versicherungskaufmann/ -frau or Fachwirt für Versicherungen (m/w/d).
  • You have professional experience in the administration of bAV direct insurances according to § 3.63 ESTG.
  • You have an affinity for software programs, IT portals, and technical solutions, and you are proficient in Excel.
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken (Level C2).
  • You work precisely, reliably, and with foresight.
  • You are a good team player.
