Your New Area of Responsibility

  • Preparing feasibility studies, actual analyses, and business blueprints in the context of the ongoing transition to S4HANA.
  • Working cross-module in an environment of SAP components: FICO, SD, MM, GTS, and WM.
  • Main focus on SD, MM, and GTS.
  • Analyzing data flows and end-to-end processes, primarily in the supply chain area.
  • Collaborating on the implementation of SAP applications for the supported system components in close coordination with other solution architects, consultants, and developers.
  • Preparing and conducting workshops with users or stakeholders.
  • Interdisciplinary exchange with users in the business lines and project stakeholders.
  • Project management, management of internal and external service providers, consultants, and developers.
  • Deputy team lead during absences of the SAP competence center manager.

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or natural sciences (m/f), or a successfully completed commercial or IT-oriented training.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in the design and implementation of the SAP competence areas described above, with a focus on SD, MM, GTS, GTM, or SAP in a retail environment.
  • In-depth technical and business management knowledge in the area of the described tasks (processes and system components).
  • Industry background in retail, wholesale, or food is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary activities and necessary language skills (English; German is not critical for this position).
  • Worked at least the last two years in Germany, Austria, or Italy.
