About Us:

Biblische Reisen is Germany's leading specialist tour operator for ecumenical cultural and study trips. For those who want to experience the places of the Bible, the sites of Christianity, or the religions of the world up close and undogmatically, we offer a variety of group tours. We currently employ around 25 people at our locations in Stuttgart (Germany) and Klosterneuburg (Austria).

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

As an Incoming Product Manager (full or part-time), you will fulfill the travel dreams of our often long-term customers from English-speaking countries, especially the USA. With your ideas and enthusiasm, you will make an important contribution to the transformation process at Biblische Reisen. It is important to us that you can balance work, family, etc., which is why home office days are possible on request for this role.

Your Responsibilities:

Customer service by phone and email, mostly in English
Preparation of offers for groups, including calculations
Procurement of services (buses, hotels, tours, tickets) from our partners in Germany and Europe
Organization of train travel and deployment of tour guides through our specialist departments
Creative input in program development
Booking and travel processing of our tours from A to Z
Occasional participation in interdepartmental project groups to continuously advance our company

What You Should Bring:

Completed vocational training in tourism (m/f/d) or a corresponding degree
Organizational talent and confident use of MS Office programs
Independent, motivated work style and teamwork skills
Ideally, work experience with a tour operator
Destination knowledge, primarily in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Good communication skills in both English and German
A cool head and a good mood

A 38.5-hour week from Monday to Friday with flexible working hours (between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM) to ensure your personal life functions smoothly
1-2 days/week in the home office upon request
