FREELANCE JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (M/F/D)

Location: Remote -- Worldwide Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Support the development and execution of our social media strategy
• Plan and manage a structured content calendar
• Research relevant topics and industry trends (Retail, Fashion, Beauty, Branding)
• Collaborate closely with the Founder & creative team

Content Creation

• Create and write engaging posts for LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Develop compelling captions, headlines, and hashtag strategies
• Turn project insights, case studies, and company updates into strong storytelling content
• Gather content from internal teams and shape it into polished posts
• Brief and coordinate with our design team for visual assets

Performance & Growth

• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance metrics
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and positioning
• Identify new content formats and digital trends
• Contribute ideas for organic growth and brand visibility

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience in Social Media Management
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram & other platforms
• Strong writing skills and a sharp sense for tone, branding, and storytelling
• Highly structured and self-driven working style
• Creative thinking combined with strategic mindset
• Fluent English (spoken and written -- professional level required)
• German language skills are a plus, but not required
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, or similar platforms is a plus
