International Sales Manager
About Bio4pack GmbH
Bio4pack GmbH, a German subsidiary of TIPA Compostable Packaging, is a leader in developing and manufacturing sustainable packaging solutions. Our products have minimal environmental impact and reduce reliance on fossil fuels. We specialize in custom-made B2B packaging concepts, primarily for the food processing industry. With our head office in Nordhorn, Germany, we are expanding our sales presence across Europe, including Southern Europe and the Nordics.
This Position
We are seeking an export-focused International Sales Manager - Europe (m/f) to drive the adoption of our compostable packaging materials in new and existing European markets. This role offers an exciting international challenge, leveraging TIPA's global network to support Bio4pack's international growth strategy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and margin targets for European B2B customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans for both existing and new accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and commit locally budgeted resources.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to inform new business activities.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Participate in international trade fairs.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, export, or account management within the packaging materials sector (e.g., foils, cardboard, paper).
- Proven B2B sales experience with international (export) customer knowledge.
- Excellent command of English and German.
- Knowledge of other languages, such as Spanish, is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in a commercial field is preferred.

Additional Job Information

- The International Sales Manager reports to the Managing Director of Bio4pack in Germany.
- The position is based in Nordhorn (Germany), with the possibility of a home office.
