Supply Chain Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote (Germany) Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Engineer (Junior--Mid-Level)
We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting network issues, improving performance, and ensuring reliable connectivity in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely, effective resolutions
- Ensure best practices in network security, compliance, and redundancy
- Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams on network-related projects
- Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
- Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and implementations
- Support network-related aspects of IT projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Junior--Mid-Level Engineer (0--4+ years of relevant experience)
- Experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles
- Solid knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
General Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a structured working style
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent in English
- Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
