Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) -- Location Gronau

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational management of one or more products throughout their entire life cycle -- from idea to delisting
• Development and implementation of product strategies as well as measures for assortment expansion, optimization, or rationalization
• Management of the product development process in close cooperation with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Marketing
• Creation of product briefings, business cases, and decision memos
• Responsibility for positioning, packaging, pricing, and market launch of new products
• Management of external service providers (agencies, packaging suppliers, market research institutes)
• Support for Sales and Key Account Management in customer-specific projects
• Maintenance of product documents, specifications, and databases
• Participation in budget planning and product controlling

Job Requirements

• Completed university degree (university/university of applied sciences) -- field of study: Business Administration / Marketing. Alternatively, you have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) combined with corresponding further training.
• Initial professional experience in product management is desirable - ideally in the FMCG or food industry
• Basic knowledge in the planning and implementation of product launches, promotions, and promotions, as well as product development, food safety, packaging development, and market launch
• Market and consumer orientation combined with organizational talent, strong communication skills, and team orientation
• Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP and PIM systems
• Analytical, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
