About the role

As a Content Writer Strategist, you will act as a core storytelling partner within the Marketing & Communications team, helping translate complex enterprise transformation topics into clear, high‑impact content. The role focuses on narrative‑driven content, thought leadership, podcast development, and earned media, while remaining flexible to support broader content needs when required.

What will you do

  • Write high‑quality editorial content, including thought leadership articles, bylines, interviews, press releases, and reactive statements
  • Own and coordinate the podcast program end‑to‑end, from ideation to repurposing episodes into written content
  • Contribute to website content, blogs, white papers, and campaign‑related content
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, brand, digital, growth, and subject matter experts
  • Work with SEO specialists to optimise content while protecting editorial quality
  • Maintain strong editorial standards across tone, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Use content performance data to refine and improve impact
  • Make thoughtful use of AI tools to support research, drafting, and optimisation
  • Manage multiple content projects in parallel and meet tight deadlines

What we are looking for

  • Native‑level English writer with strong editorial instincts. German language skills are a plus, not a requirement
  • Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • 8 years' experience in editorial, journalism, or content roles (ideally in tech or innovation‑driven sectors)
  • Strong experience with thought leadership and narrative storytelling
  • Experience developing or supporting podcast content
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable managing feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Curious, tech‑literate, and interested in AI, enterprise software, and digital transformation
  • Collaborative, low‑ego, and comfortable working cross‑functionally

Recruitment process

  3. Writing exercise (remote)
  4. 3rd interview with the Chief Marketing Officer (30 minutes)
