In our interdisciplinary team, we are always looking for new ways to make complex products shine. With clear strategies, we create international integrated campaigns, websites, mailings, social media, videos, etc.

We are now looking for a sharp strategist and team player to plan, implement, and grow together.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Implementation: You will develop strategic communication concepts together with the team -- from the initial ideas to implementation.
• Copywriting: You will develop creative and concise texts: whether headlines or body copy.
• High-Level Projects: You will manage projects, initially smaller ones and then more extensive ones. You will coordinate our network of external specialists.
• Client Management: You will be a partner at eye level. If you have a knack for new business: the stage is yours!
• Administration: Yes, offers and invoices are also part of it. This is part of the job when you think entrepreneurially.
• You will prepare and follow up on strategic workshops in English and German.
• You will actively contribute your ideas to the creative and strategic development of our agency projects.

Qualifications

• A degree (humanities, social sciences, economics, or similar) is desirable, but your mind is what counts.
• You are able to quickly grasp complex issues (EU briefings, tech products) and translate them into clear strategies.
• 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in marketing is desirable.
• Passion for marketing communication and strategy.
• Excellent German and confident English (essential for our international clients).
• High digital affinity: You navigate modern tools, CMS systems, and digital media intuitively and confidently.
• Humor. We work focused, but we also like to laugh.
• You enjoy language and formulating texts.

Prospect & Salary: We are talking about an annual salary around €42,000 - €45,000 as a starting base. But it doesn't have to stop there: we are looking for someone with entrepreneurial thinking. If you bring your own clients or actively contribute to acquiring new clients, you will participate directly in the success. Your development, therefore, depends not on tables, but on your impact.
