Job Summary
Blue Cascade Pakistan is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer/Specialist for a full-time position in Berlin, Munich, or Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to create advanced data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Build scalable data pipelines and ML systems
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
- Optimize model performance and ensure reliability in production
- Implement AI solutions for predictive analytics and automation
- Monitor and maintain machine learning models
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- 2--5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of data processing tools such as Pandas, Spark, or Hadoop
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
