Sales Executive -- New Business (Logistics SaaS)

The opportunity
For an international Logistics SaaS provider , we are looking for a Sales Executive to focus exclusively on new business acquisition in the German-speaking market.
This is a 100% hunting role with full ownership of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, closing new customers, and driving revenue growth. Once a deal is closed, accounts are handed over to a dedicated Account Management team --- allowing you to stay focused on winning new business.
What you'll be doing
- Acquire new customers within the logistics and supply chain space
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
- Proactively build and manage your own pipeline
- Collaborate with BDR support while remaining accountable for pipeline creation
- Close deals with an average ARR of €35K--€60K
- Manage relatively short sales cycles of 1--3 months
- Ensure a smooth handover to Account Management after closing
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in a hunting / new business role
- Background can include a combination of SDR and AE experience
- At least 2 years of closing experience
- Strong hunter mindset: proactive, resilient, and high-energy
- Proven success in new logo acquisition
- Stable career history with good tenure (no frequent job hopping)
- Fluent German and strong professional English
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge of Logistics SaaS, Supply Chain, or Transport technology
- Additional commercial or enterprise sales experience
What's on offer
- Base salary: €75,000 -- €80,000
- Variable compensation: up to €40,000
- Company car or car allowance (approx. €650 per month)
