🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and grow a strategic territory of Germany's top enterprise accounts.
- Drive a mix of new business (60%) and expansion (40%).
- Sell consultatively into CIOs, VP Infrastructure, and IT Operations leaders.
- Manage large, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
- Leverage MEDDPICC and AI-driven account planning methodologies.
- Collaborate with Partners, SEs, CS, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
- ACV: ~€250K average (up to multi-million ARR deals).
- Sales cycles: 9–18 months.
- Existing strategic pipeline already in place ($1M+).

🧩 What You Bring
- 8–10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Consistent quota attainment (100%+ across most of career).
- Strong enterprise hunting and strategic account management skills.
- Experience selling complex IT infrastructure or enterprise technology solutions.
- Background in high-performance software sales organisations.
- Strong executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with MEDDPICC / strategic account planning.
- Comfortable using AI tools in enterprise sales workflows.
- Fluent German and English.
Nice to Have:
- Observability / Infrastructure / AIOps background.
- Experience selling into IT Operations teams.
- Existing enterprise network in DACH.
- AI-driven sales tooling experience.
