Working Schedule

  • Rotational shifts between 09:00 -- 22:00
  • Monday to Sunday (5-day work week)

Compensation & Benefits

  • €1450 gross/month
  • Up to 10% performance bonus (based on targets)

Relocation Package (if choosing Greece)

  • Option 1: Flight + hotel + agency fees fully covered
  • Option 2: €250 allowance + agency fees

What You'll Do

As a Insurance Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling a mix of inbound and outbound interactions:

Customer Support & Case Management

  • Handle inquiries via phone and email in German
  • Process insurance claims and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Escalate complex cases following internal procedures

Motor Insurance Operations

  • Process new vehicle insurance applications
  • Manage contract changes, conversions, and terminations
  • Handle general correspondence and documentation

Administrative Excellence

  • Perform accurate contract logging (critical for business operations)
  • Process address changes, account updates, and SEPA mandates
  • Ensure timely handling of incoming documents (email/post)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide insurance advice and prepare tailored offers
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products (liability, property, legal, etc.)
  • Support customer onboarding (e.g. self-service portal registrations)
  • Schedule pension consultation appointments

What We're Looking For

Language Skills

  • Fluent German (C1+ level) + business English

Core Competencies

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to simplify complex insurance topics
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on first-time resolution
  • High attention to detail (especially in data entry & documentation)
  • Ability to multitask across systems in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

  • Confident PC user (Windows, CRM systems, MS Office)
  • Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

Education

  • Minimum high school diploma
