About Bold Academy
As a certified training provider, we equip our graduates with the necessary skills in nine months to become sought-after professionals in digital sales. Through practical projects in cooperation with our partner companies from the digital economy and by obtaining industry-relevant certificates from industry leaders HubSpot and Salesforce, we provide our participants with the necessary know-how.

- Fundamentals of IT Sales: You will receive a comprehensive introduction to the world of digital sales. You will learn important tools and strategies as well as methods for customer acquisition and retention.
- Specialization in Digital Sales Expert: You will learn to work with industry leaders Salesforce and HubSpot and will be certified accordingly.
- Practical Content: Apply the learned content directly in practical projects and expand your understanding of customer relationships and sales processes.
- Sales Controlling: Learn to specifically analyze sales data and use it for data-driven decisions. You will acquire skills to optimize sales processes and manage campaigns more effectively. This way, you contribute to sustainably increasing the performance of sales processes.
- Career: Through individual career coaching and support in creating professional application documents, we optimally prepare you for the next steps. With a strong network of partner companies, we offer you access to exclusive job offers and provide targeted support in your job search.
Daily Class Schedule
Our classes take place daily in the virtual classroom from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM. After a lunch break, the practical part to deepen the content begins at 1:15 PM. You will be supported by a contact person throughout the entire class, giving you the opportunity to ask questions.
Your Profile
- Are you registered as unemployed or looking for a new professional challenge?
- Are you interested in digital topics and want to discover the world of sales? Prior sales experience? Not a must! We will teach you all the basics and skills you need.
- Do you want to make a career change or get back on track after a professional break?

- Do you speak good German (at least level B2) and have strong communication skills as well as the ability to interact with customers in a goal-oriented manner?
