Nach einer sehr erfolgreichen internationalen Einführung und großem Interesse auf Kongressen wie der ESTRO bauen wir aktuell unser weltweites Distributorennetzwerk weiter aus.

Zur Unterstützung unseres internationalen Wachstums suchen wir einen engagierten Distributor Manager Global (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Betreuung internationaler Distributor- und Händlernetzwerke
• Strategische Entwicklung neuer Märkte und Regionen
• Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Händlerpartnerschaften
• Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Distributor Agreements
• Organisation und Nachverfolgung internationaler Leads
• Teilnahme an internationalen Kongressen und Messen
• Unterstützung bei Produktpräsentationen und Kundengesprächen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Regulatory und Geschäftsführung
• Marktanalyse und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
• Unterstützung bei internationalen Zulassungs- und Marktstrategien

Ihr Profil

• Erfahrung im internationalen Händler- oder Distributor Management
• Erfahrung im Medizintechnik- oder Healthcare-Bereich
• Medizinischer oder technischer Background von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Bereich Strahlentherapie / Radiotherapie / Medizinphysik wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 40 %)
• Wohnsitz in Deutschland
• Sicherer Umgang mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern
• Strukturierte und unternehmerische Denkweise

BolusCare develops innovative patient-specific bolus solutions for modern radiotherapy workflows. Our focus is on flexible, workflow-oriented and clinically practical solutions supporting the next generation of radiation oncology.

Following a very successful international introduction and strong interest at international congresses such as ESTRO, we are currently expanding our global distributor network.

To support our international growth, we are looking for a motivated Distributor Manager Global (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

• Build and manage international distributor and dealer networks
• Develop new international markets and regions
• Support and expand existing distributor partnerships
• Assist with distributor agreements and contract negotiations
• Organize and follow up international leads and opportunities
• Attend international congresses and exhibitions
• Support product presentations and customer meetings
• Work closely with marketing, regulatory and management teams
• Analyze markets and identify new business opportunities
• Support international market entry and regulatory strategies

Your Profile

• Experience in international distributor or dealer management
• Experience in medical technology or healthcare
• Medical or technical background is an advantage
• Experience in radiotherapy / radiation oncology / medical physics preferred
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40 %)
• Based in Germany
• Comfortable working with international partners and customers
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
