Role Description
As our Customer Success Manager (Associate), you will own the relationship with radiology customers after first contact through onboarding, go-live, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will work closely with radiologists, practice teams, hospital IT, and our internal management and product teams to make sure every customer derives the maximum value from SpineQ.
Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the full journey after first contact: demo, pilot installation, contract phase, go-live, and long-term adoption.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with radiologists, practice owners, clinic teams, and relevant IT stakeholders.
- Proactively analyse customer experience and identify opportunities to increase product usage and value per site.
- Monitor account health, usage, renewals, and potential churn risks.
- Collect structured product feedback from customers and channel it to the product and tech teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development for IT/software products in healthcare.
- Experience working with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or medical IT teams; radiology experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both medical and technical stakeholders.
- Experience handling CRM systems and common sales/customer success tools.
- A proactive, structured, and hands-on working style.
- Willingness to travel to customers in Germany and Switzerland when needed.
- Native-level German and conversational English is required; conversational French is a plus.
