BoWatt is leading the next generation of Requirements Management software.\n\n## THE ROLE\n\n* You will build and ship features across our React frontend and Go backend, including AI tools such as LLMs and RAG pipelines.\n* You will own work end to end, collaborate closely with the team (product, engineering and customer success), and continuously improve our AI stack.\n\n## YOU\n\n* Have shipped production code end-to-end, are strong in backend & infra and comfortable shipping basic frontend features.\n* Interest in AI, preferably with real world experience building custom AI tooling.\n\n## TECH STACK\n\n* Frontend: React, TypeScript\n* Backend: Go\n* AI: LLMs, RAG pipelines\n* Data: PostgreSQL, Qdrant & Redis\n\n## OFFER\n\n* Competitive salary based on experience (65,000 - 100,000 €)\n* Equity in the company (0.5 - 2%)\n* 25 vacation days per year, plus public holidays\n* Fully remote / part time office (up to you) working with flexible schedules and top-tier hardware provided\n\nPlease note that this role is remote, but we require that you have right to work in Germany\n\n## Benefits\n\n* Hybrid remote model\n* Right to work in Germany required\n* Competitive salary: 65,000 - 100,000 €\n* Equity: 0.5 - 2%\n* 25 vacation days + public holidays\n* Flexible schedules\n* Top-tier hardware provided
