Your Responsibilities

  • You are the central point of contact for your eCommerce clients and advise them holistically on strategies, platforms, and digital business models.
  • You develop growth strategies together with them along the customer journey -- from conversion optimization to omnichannel concepts.
  • You identify cross-selling and upselling potentials and derive concrete measures and projects from them.
  • You are responsible for account plans, revenue targets, and forecasts and work closely with PMs, Devs, and Business Direction.
  • You conduct workshops and strategy meetings with clients, prepare decision papers, and represent BRANDUNG at industry events and trade fairs.
  • You contribute market and trend knowledge on eCommerce, platform economies, and digital experience and position BRANDUNG as a competent partner agency for growth.

Your Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in the digital environment, ideally with a focus on eCommerce, platform strategy, or customer experience.
  • Sound understanding of shop technologies, interfaces, and system landscapes (e.g., Skayle, Contentful, Commerce Tools).
  • You combine analytical thinking with entrepreneurial foresight and enjoy developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience in strategic client consulting and management of complex accounts.
  • Strong communication, empathetic, and convincing in presentations.
  • You want to help shape, take responsibility, and help clients take their digital business to the next level.
