- Product Manager for Digital Features / Project Teams (m/f/d) - Eschborn
Requirements
Must have:
- 3-5 years as Product Owner/Manager in digital or mobile app environments
- Proven experience delivering iOS/Android apps in agile setups
- Experience with IoT, connected devices, or smart ecosystems
- Strong understanding of software delivery, APIs & app-device integration
- Experience in cross-functional, international teams
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of IoT architectures, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi & pairing flows
- Understanding of app release processes and app stores
- Familiarity with UX/UI fundamentals
- Masters degree (or Bachelors relevant experience)
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Ownership mindset, analytical approach, strong communication skills
- Collaborative, pragmatic problem-solver
- Passion for IoT, digital innovation & great user experiences
Responsibilities:
- Own all app-relevant digital features for IoT and connected products
- Act as the main app-side contact in cross-functional project teams
- Align scope, priorities, and roadmap with Product Management
- Collaborate with R&D on architecture, interfaces, and feasibility
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and a structured backlog
- Prioritize and manage the backlog for Connected Products
- Support sprint planning, refinements, and reviews
- Ensure all features meet quality, performance & stability standards
- Ensure consistent digital experiences across products, generations & markets
- Keep connected product functionality coherent within a multi-product app
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability
