Your New Role

We are currently looking for a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) – Focus on Travel Expenses for one of our renowned clients in Essen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for travel expense-related matters
• Review and processing of travel expense reports
• Management of the booking portal
• Application for corporate cards for employees
• Application for and administration of railcards
• Recording assignments for travel approvals
• Review of credit card statements

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Results-oriented and independent working style with a high degree of service orientation and discretion
• Enjoyment of responsibility and working with people
