We are looking for you as a Quality Manager:in to independently take on diverse tasks in our Supply Chain team. You will work closely with Purchasing, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Support.

Key Work Results of Your Role:

• Quality Management & Assurance
  • You will take over the sensory and physical testing of raw materials and finished goods.
  • You will conduct (or commission) shelf-life tests and derive concrete measures from them.
  • You will create and maintain test plans to ensure our buah quality.
  • You will be responsible for the quality manual and update it regularly.
  • You will audit and train our suppliers and co-packers.
  • You will analyze data to identify irregularities early and derive potential for improvement (e.g., complaints or test reports).
  • You will process complaints in close coordination with Customer Support.
• Process Management & Compliance
  • You will be responsible for compliance with organic certification and introduce new certifications (IFS Broker, Fairtrade, etc.) if applicable.
  • You will conduct regular HACCP meetings and lead them.
  • In crisis situations, you will coordinate the crisis management together with the crisis management team.
  • You will be responsible for the pan-European, food-law conformity of buah products and ensure their marketability within the EU countries and, if necessary, also outside.
  • You will analyze our processes for potential risks and implement optimizations.
  • You will introduce new quality standards and implement them across the team and interfaces.

What You Bring to the Table

• A completed degree in Food Technology/Chemistry, Food Safety, Quality Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience (min. 5 years) in quality management with basic knowledge in quality assurance or in two to three roles in the food industry or manufacturing sector.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
• A high understanding of quality and an eye for detail.
• A positive attitude and passion for your work, because you love what you do.
• You live the "hands-on" mentality and are not only committed to your goals but also know that we can only succeed as a team.
• You are solution-oriented and pick up the phone when faced with challenges to address things directly.
• Excellent analytical skills, conscientiousness, and logical thinking.
• Fluent in German and fluent in English.
• General willingness to travel & driver's license (visits to suppliers, co-packers, etc.).
