Your Contribution to the Success Story

As a Sales Admin, you are part of the internal sales department at buah. As the point of contact for our B2B and retail customers, you will handle all administrative matters and support the Sales Team in planning, steering, controlling, and executing sales activities.

Proactive B2B Support

  • You will process inquiries from our B2B customers and handle quote creation.
  • Complaints won't throw you off balance, and you'll always find suitable solutions for customer satisfaction.

Order Management

  • You will create orders for our B2B and retail customers in our ERP system Xentral.
  • You are the point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure smooth and proactive communication regarding delivery deviations.
  • You will work closely with our Supply Chain and Finance teams and handle invoice creation and dispatch.

Back Office

  • You will support our Key Account Management in preparing customer presentations & appointments.
  • You enjoy maintaining master data and customer prices and are responsible for setting up suppliers and articles for new customers.
  • You ensure that our customers receive the appropriate product samples on time.
  • You provide comprehensive support to our Key Account Management and professionally handle administrative tasks.
  • 1WorldSync and Markant are familiar terms to you, and you are proficient in using these portals.

Analysis & Reporting

  • You will be responsible for creating and preparing monthly reports, statistics, and analyses to enable our Sales Team to make the best possible decisions.

What You Bring Along

  • Experience & Expertise: You have a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, bring at least two years of experience in the B2B sector, and ideally have experience in the FMCG and retail sectors.
  • Availability: You are available at least 4 days a week (ideally in the mornings).
  • Proactive & Independent: You work independently, recognize potential for improvement on your own, and implement them.
  • Efficient & Reliable: Precise work and meeting deadlines are a matter of course for you.
  • Communicative & Positive: With empathy, friendliness, and a positive mindset, you inspire customers and team colleagues alike.
