About Us

For our subsidiary, Dieter Kuhn Immobilienservice GmbH, we are looking for a specialist (m/f/d) for residential property management at the Stuttgart location.

At Buena, we take full responsibility for managing properties - reliably, professionally, and with a focus on the future.

Owners shouldn't have to deal with letting, marketing, and management themselves - that's what we're here for.

Your Responsibilities

• Meeting Management: You will organize and lead owner meetings, document the results, and consistently implement the resolutions passed.
• Communication: You are a competent point of contact for owners, advisory boards, authorities, and service providers.
• Maintenance: You will manage technical measures from obtaining quotes to awarding contracts and monitoring execution.
• Service Provider Management: You will coordinate and supervise external partners (e.g., janitorial services, cleaning).
• Damage Management: You will routinely process and handle insurance claims.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented with experience in the real estate industry.
• Expertise: Confident use of common real estate software and MS Office.
• Personality: You convince with an independent way of working, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor.
• Additional Qualification: Certification as a property manager according to § 26a WEG is desirable.
