We are shaping the future of social welfare! As the operational IT service provider for the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA), the IT-Systemhaus at the main location in Nuremberg/Fürth, as well as at various locations throughout Germany, operates and continuously develops one of the largest IT landscapes in Germany with over 100 in-house IT applications, 180,000 networked PC workstations, and the associated infrastructure. You will be employed as an IT specialist under the collective agreement at the IT-Systemhaus.

You will become part of the Identity and Access Management team within the HR, Finance, and Logistics product area of the IT-Systemhaus of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA). This team is responsible for the operation and further development of SAP GRC and the interface to the central Identity Management of the BA. The team thus realizes structured, secure, and transparent access to our SAP systems, including comprehensive identity management for the SAP landscape.

Your future team covers the entire process from consulting to operation and further development. Collaboration within the entire department is very flexible, with a good mix of on-site and mobile working.

Tasks and Activities

The role includes the independent execution of the following tasks and guiding others in them:

• Planning, administration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures in SAP Identity and Access Management (SAP-IAM)
• Analysis of system requirements and performance data; derivation of optimization measures
• Development, updating, and monitoring of software components, as well as updating and monitoring of hardware
• Identification, prioritization, and resolution of system problems (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Ensuring system availability, stability, and security, including hardening, patch, and vulnerability management
• Implementation of compliance and audit requirements (e.g., SoD, recertifications, traceability of access rights)
• Close collaboration with IT and business departments; technical consulting and knowledge transfer within the team

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification (preferred fields: Computer Science, Business Informatics)
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Or comparable profile

You will also impress with

• Sound knowledge in the development and/or operation of software solutions and infrastructures - particularly in technical authorization management, especially concerning SAP authorization structures
• Sound knowledge in troubleshooting software solutions and/or infrastructures
• Sound knowledge of programming languages and/or in customizing software solutions and infrastructures
