Tasks

• Project Support: You will help support our investments (Gaming & Education). You will research information, prepare documents, and keep track of deadlines.
• Research & Analysis: We want to understand a new market? You will research tools, competitors, or trends and summarize the results clearly.
• Process Management: You will maintain our internal processes and ensure that tools and dashboards are set up and up-to-date.
• Admin & Orga: You will keep things running. Appointments, emails, invoices -- you will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
• Interface: You will be the point of contact for freelancers or partners and ensure smooth information flow.

Qualification

• Digital Native: You are comfortable on the internet. Tools like Discord, Trello, or AI applications (e.g., Gemini) are not new to you but part of everyday life.
• Organizational Talent: You structure yourself independently in your home office and do not lose sight of things even with various projects.
• Quick Comprehension: You can quickly learn new software or subject areas.
• Your Background: Whether it's a degree, commercial training, or a career changer -- your degree is less important to us than your motivation, your willingness to think along, and your reliability.
