Your Responsibilities
- Customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Professional and solution-oriented handling of inquiries
- Collaboration with international brands in technology, e-commerce, travel, and digital services
- Adherence to quality and performance metrics
Your Profile
- Native or fluent level in one of the mentioned languages
- Good English skills (at least B2)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
