Inside Sales Administrator (Remote – Europe)

Remote Inside Sales Administrator – Europe\n\nC&L Aerospace is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Administrator to support our European Business Jet Parts Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑driven, and highly responsive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.\n\nYou will work closely with customers and suppliers, prepare and process quotes and purchase orders, track shipments, manage documentation, and help ensure on‑time delivery---contributing directly to our team's sales performance.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n* Provide prompt, professional support to new and existing customers\n* Prepare quotes and enter RFQs, quotes, and orders into the ERP system (Quantum experience preferred)\n* Review supplier quotations and help select the best options based on customer requirements\n* Process customer purchase orders and raise purchase orders to suppliers\n* Coordinate shipping, track orders, and ensure on‑time delivery\n* Prepare and manage required documentation, including returns (RMAs) and repair orders\n* Maintain accurate digital files and records\n* Collaborate with the sales team on active projects and monthly goals\n* Contribute to process improvements and strong customer service standards\n\n### Qualifications\n\n* Strong customer service and communication skills\n* High attention to detail and accuracy\n* Proficiency with Microsoft Office\n* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)\n* Ability to type at least 50 wpm\n* Aviation or aerospace parts experience is beneficial but not required
