- Corporate Account Executive - DACH
About the Role:

As a Corporate Account Executive, you will champion the adoption of process automation across verticals, bringing innovation, transparency, and efficiency to the DACH Mittelstand. What You Will Do:
- Build and expand relationships with Corporate Accounts decision-makers, both on the business and technical sides, acting as a trusted partner on their digital transformation journey.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, leveraging your expertise and network to identify opportunities and deliver results.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to drive the adoption of Camunda's best-in-class automation and agentic solutions.
- Lead and collaborate with the extended team including ADR, marketing, technical, product, and customer success teams to ensure value realisation and customer satisfaction.
- Align with relevant partners in territory to maximize reach and impact.
- Represent Camunda at industry events, advocating for Camunda's portfolio with compelling communication and presentations.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Must Haves:
- Strong track record in software sales, driving five to six digit ARR projects.
- Highly self-motivated with a "Manager of One" mindset, equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to keep learning and developing as the addressable market keeps evolving.
- Expert customer focus, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven drive for results and resilience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to run multiple projects in parallel and control opportunities and forecast.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
Nice to Haves:
- Background in automation technology, workflow software, or process orchestration.
- Demonstrated ability to transform technical engagements into value conversations.
- Startup or scale-up context.

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
- United States: $185,000.00 to $298,200.00
- Germany: €119,500.00 to €197,700.00
- United Kingdom: £116,100.00 to £191,000.00
- Singapore: S$229,700.00 to S$344,600.00
If you're based elsewhere, you'll be hired via ++Remote.com++ (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our ++Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP)++.
