Your Tasks:

• You manage the entire recruiting or placement process. From acquiring new projects, calculating offers, and negotiating with our clients (regional banks & savings banks and financial service providers) to successfully placing our candidates. Your commitment leads to long-term and satisfactory client partnerships, because we love repeat business.

• Your tools are diverse: In addition to active searching with XING Talent Manager, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dealfront, StepStone, Indeed, and our own CV database, you use our competent support team, which actively assists you in all phases of the project -- from the (telephone) identification and telephone approach of potential candidates to the preparation of documents. Yes, because our support team also masters the classic direct approach via telephone. A top added value.

• In direct exchange with candidates, you use our extensive industry knowledge and innovative tools to find exactly the talents our clients are looking for.

Your Profile:

• You have found your calling and enjoy working with people and end customers. You are an empathetic and trustworthy communicator, both in personal conversation and digitally.

• You have gained professional experience in a bank, a savings bank, or a financial service provider, or are already working in industry-related personnel services.

• Your interest lies in people and their professions. You understand how to grasp customer needs and accurately assess candidate suitability.

• Organizational talent, initiative, networking skills, and a constant desire for further development characterize you. You are willing to continuously acquire new knowledge and adapt to the changing demands of the industry.

• Good self-organization, reliability, responsibility, results-orientation, and team orientation.
