Job Description
Our end-to-end Data & AI portfolio covers implementation expertise across governance, platforms, analytics, BI, data science/MLops, AI and agentic/GenAI for a variety of industries.
As a Go-to-Market Lead (f/m/d), you will take on a key role: You will sell our Data & AI portfolio services to clients in the Life Sciences, Automotive, or Manufacturing / High Tech / Telco sectors by leveraging your Data & AI expertise and industry knowledge to bring together high-performing teams for major strategic projects and position them with clients. In doing so, you play a decisive role in creating real value, innovation, and market impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for developing and executing sales and business development strategies, positioning our Data & AI portfolio effectively in the market.
- Together with our sales and account teams, you identify and develop new Data & AI business opportunities and shape them with your clients from the first contact to project initiation.
- You build strategic partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, Google, SAP, Databricks and Snowflake to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate innovation.
- As a trusted advisor, you support C-level decision-makers in harnessing the full potential of Data & AI and driving sustainable transformation.
- You contribute your knowledge and experience to commercial proposals (RFPs), are sales-oriented, and able to identify and leverage opportunities in collaboration with our sales organization.
- As an ambassador for Capgemini, you operate both internally and externally, helping clients become more data-driven and enabling them to generate measurable value from Data & AI.

Your Profile
- You bring solid experience with our Data & AI portfolio, combined with a strong background in sales and/or business development. Ideally, you have already worked with a focus on one of the three industries: Life Sciences, Automotive, or Manufacturing / High Tech / Telco.
- You think analytically, excel in stakeholder management, and actively develop relationships with strategic partners.
- You have strong communication and writing skills in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
- You act in a value-driven manner, are a strong team player, and help drive commercial success - always aligned with Capgemini's values of honesty, freedom, and team spirit.
- Experience in consulting is an advantage, as you can translate complex challenges into clear and actionable solutions.
- You hold a degree in (business) informatics, another STEM field, or possess an equivalent qualification/relevant professional experience.
