Introduction

We're hiring a Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own and execute our go-to-market end-to-end: across product, customers, and partners. This is a senior individual contributor role working closely with Partnerships, Sales, Field & Digital Engineering (FDE), and Product.

carbmee is at an inflection point: a rapidly evolving product, a growing partner ecosystem, and enterprise buyers who need serious education on why carbon data is a business-critical asset: not just a compliance checkbox. You'll own the GTM motion that brings all of this together.

Your Tasks

  • Product GTM: Own launch execution end-to-end: messaging, assets, campaigns. When carbmee EIS™ ships something new, you make sure the market knows why it matters.

  • Sales enablement: Create everything needed to sell into large enterprises: decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and narratives that translate complex sustainability topics into clear commercial value.

  • Partner co-marketing: Drive co-marketing across channels in collaboration with field marketing: events, content, webinars, and campaigns with carbmee's growing partner ecosystem.

  • Customer advocacy: Turn customers like Maersk, Georg Fischer, and Kärcher into proof points: case studies, references, and stories that build trust with the next wave of enterprise buyers.

  • Analyst relations: Own carbmee's positioning with industry analysts (we were recognized in the 2024 Gartner Market Guide for Carbon Accounting Software) and shape how the market perceives us.

  • Relentless iteration: Ship fast across channels. Test, learn, improve. This is not a planning role.

Your Profile

  • 5-8 years in B2B / enterprise SaaS marketing: You've seen what good looks like and can execute it yourself.

  • Strong product marketing and GTM execution experience: You've launched products, built enablement, and driven pipeline, not just advised on it.

  • Experience with partners and ecosystems: You know what co-marketing actually looks like in practice.

  • Exceptional writing skills and a sharp visual eye: You produce high-quality assets yourself, at speed and at scale.

  • You use AI to 10x your output and constantly optimize how you work.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and care about clarity, quality, and impact.

  • Business-fluent English is required; German is a strong advantage
