Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)
For our client, a globally recognized entertainment and technology company, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support job evaluations, salary structures and compensation projects across the European organization.
In this role, you will work closely with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure transparent and competitive compensation structures and contribute to pay equity and job architecture projects.
Your role:
- Conduct job evaluations according to the Mazers scheme for the European organization
- Define job levels and salary bands across different functions and countries
- Support and contribute to pay equity and compensation projects
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on compensation-related topics
- Analyze compensation data and support salary benchmarking and structure development
What we are looking for:
- 2--5 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits roles
- Experience conducting job evaluations and working with job grading frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and structured working style
- Very good English skills (company language is English)
- Experience in an international company environment is a plus
Your Benefits:
- Base Salary: 60.000 -- 65.000€
- Hybrid working model (2 days remote possible per week)
- 30 days vacation
