Your Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining professional customer relationships with pharmacies through regular, scheduled visits.
- Responsibility for sales, achieving targets, acquiring new pharmacies, and expanding existing partnerships.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring local promotion and action campaigns.
- Ensuring optimal product presentation in the retail and visible display areas.
- Utilizing CRM and BI tools for forecasts and potential analyses.
- Negotiating placements, conditions, and commercial agency agreements.
- Close collaboration with medical and promotion teams on training and consulting topics.
- Representing the brand at trade fairs, congresses, and regional events.
- Implementing the marketing and sales strategy in your own territory.
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or pharmaceutical apprenticeship.
- Sales experience related to topics such as beauty or dermo-cosmetics.
- Strong communication skills, negotiation proficiency, and an authentic demeanor.
- Independent, structured, and clearly success-oriented.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office, with a good analytical eye.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient – maintaining calm and overview even in dynamic situations.
