Your Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining professional customer relationships with pharmacies through regular, scheduled visits.
  • Responsibility for sales, achieving targets, acquiring new pharmacies, and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring local promotion and action campaigns.
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation in the retail and visible display areas.
  • Utilizing CRM and BI tools for forecasts and potential analyses.
  • Negotiating placements, conditions, and commercial agency agreements.
  • Close collaboration with medical and promotion teams on training and consulting topics.
  • Representing the brand at trade fairs, congresses, and regional events.
  • Implementing the marketing and sales strategy in your own territory.

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial or pharmaceutical apprenticeship.
  • Sales experience related to topics such as beauty or dermo-cosmetics.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation proficiency, and an authentic demeanor.
  • Independent, structured, and clearly success-oriented.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office, with a good analytical eye.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient – maintaining calm and overview even in dynamic situations.
