Your Responsibilities:

In this responsible position, you will play a central role in the controlling of a production site and act as an important sparring partner for management and specialist departments.

• Responsibility for the operational and strategic controlling of the plant
• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, including reporting of relevant financial KPIs
• Execution of budget, forecast, and medium-term planning
• Analysis of target/actual deviations and derivation of well-founded recommendations for action
• Further development of cost and production controlling, including product and cost calculations
• Preparation of profitability analyses and investment calculations
• Monitoring of investment budgets and preparation of regular investment forecasts
• Execution of balance sheet analyses and reconciliations as part of the monthly closing process
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and management reports
• Ensuring compliance with internal control and compliance regulations
• Participation in internal audits as well as execution of self-assessments and documentation

Your Profile:

• Completed business administration degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing, international environment
• Sound knowledge of cost, production, and investment controlling
• Experience with internal control systems and compliance requirements
• Very good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and excellent understanding of numbers
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and teamwork ability
