As a Sales Excellence Specialist, you will be part of a team that makes a difference with every decision and every step. You will support the sales team by automating processes, structuring data, and ensuring smooth communication so that our sales process runs efficiently and purposefully.

Your work is key to ensuring our sales team can "land safely" and close every deal successfully.

Your Challenges

  • Sales Data Management and Analysis - You are responsible for maintaining and analyzing sales data in Salesforce, which serves as the basis for all important decisions in sales.
  • Sales Process Monitoring and Quality Control - In the creation and monitoring of deal reviews, forecasts, and the quality control of contract data, you ensure that sales processes always stay on track.
  • Contract Management and Interdisciplinary Coordination - You will prepare the contracts while coordinating the process between departments and acting as the central point of contact for the creation of new medical concepts.
  • Pitch Presentations and Customer Relationship Management - You will support the creation of high-quality pitch presentations and the organization of annual and quarterly meetings, which are crucial for customer relationships.
  • Performance Analysis and Upselling Potential - Through your performance analyses, growth potentials in the existing customer base are identified, allowing upselling opportunities to be recognized in a timely manner.
  • Sales Documentation and Onboarding Management - As the central point of contact for everything related to internal sales documents, meetings, and onboarding processes, you contribute to ensuring that everything is always well-organized and well-prepared.

Your Profile

  • Practical Experience - With 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations, you know what a successful sales process looks like.
  • Background - With your solid business administration background, you have an analytical understanding of KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Tool Knowledge - You have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, and enjoy working with tools that optimize the sales process.
  • Work Style - You are structured, organized, and enjoy working in a team to find solutions and drive processes forward together.
  • Focus - With a proactive mindset, you love designing and continuously improving processes.
  • Language & Collaboration - You are strong in German (C1) and English and are not afraid to collaborate with different departments to achieve your goals.
