How does Legal in HealthTech become a true sparring partner – not a brake, but an enabler for innovation?

At Caspar Health, we digitize rehabilitation and develop a platform used daily by medical facilities and patients. This means data protection, ISO standards, and compliance are not side issues for us – they are business-critical.

To strengthen our Legal team, we are looking for a working student who will not just "support" but co-create.

You will work directly with our team on strategic legal and compliance topics in a growing HealthTech company. You will operate at the intersection of Legal, ISO, Product, and Tech.

From day 1, you will be part of real projects. Not just providing support, but taking responsibility, having creative freedom, and making a visible impact.

Your Challenges

• Data Protection & AI Compliance - Support in implementing and reviewing GDPR and AI-relevant requirements
• Interface Management - Coordination between Legal, Product, Tech, and Compliance, including ISO-relevant topics
• Technical Understanding in the Digital Environment - Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and their regulatory requirements
• Process Design - Building and optimizing digital workflows to increase efficiency in cross-team tasks
• Independent Projects - Implementation of small projects with direct impact

Your Profile

• Advanced Studies - in Law, Business Law, Business Informatics, IT Security, or related fields
• Data Protection & Compliance Understanding - Initial practical experience or exposure in data protection law (e.g., GDPR), AI, or IT law
• Technical Affinity - Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Slack, Jira, and digital workflows, and enthusiasm for AI applications
• Hands-on, Self-reliant & Reliable - Practical approach, independent work, identifying problems and developing solutions, diligence, commitment, and sense of responsibility
• Team & Communication - Open, transparent, and team-oriented – you actively contribute
• Language Skills - German (C2) & English (C1)
