Our client, a company in the energy and infrastructure sector, is seeking to strengthen its IT systems administration team. The work environment combines stable, security-critical operations with modern technological advancements.

- Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 gross/year
- Location: Neustadt am Rübenberge (Hybrid)
Your Responsibilities
- Support, maintenance, and further development of the server and client landscape on Windows, Linux, and Mac, ensuring smooth IT operations.
- Administration of network components, firewalls, VPN solutions, and security-relevant systems.
- Monitoring, operation, and maintenance of the virtualization and storage infrastructure.
- Planning, operation, and further development of backup and recovery strategies.
- Analysis, processing, and documentation of incidents in 1st and 2nd level support.
- Support for specialist departments with technical queries.
- Involvement in IT security measures, patch and update management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participation in infrastructure projects, introduction of new tools, and optimization of existing systems as part of digital development.
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable IT degree.
- Several years of professional experience in system or network administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Ideally, experience with storage systems, switches, and firewalls.
- Understanding of modern deployment and operating models, e.g., container-based applications.
- Experience with modern cloud environments like Microsoft 365 and Azure is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of solution orientation.
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a passion for development.
- Team player, strong communication skills, and commitment.
- Very good German language skills at C1 level.
What We Offer
- Permanent full-time employment contract.
- Collective agreement remuneration according to TV-V with €55,000 - €65,000 gross/year, 13th salary, and special bonuses.
