Job Description

The exciting task of building and shaping our HR IT system landscape from scratch. Support for the operation and further development of our HR IT system landscape. Understand requirements, create and implement solution proposals. Conduct application-specific training. Build and design a sustainable reporting landscape and further develop it. A stable and constant team. No travel activity. Continuous personal development (know-how, methodology, tools).

What we are looking for:

• Professional experience in the HR IT environment.
• High motivation and willingness to perform to actively shape and further develop our solutions in the area of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of business processes and key figures.
• High affinity for technical contexts combined with strong analytical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Initial experience in the SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Learning, or the willingness to acquire them quickly.
• Confident communication in spoken and written German and English.
• Team spirit with the willingness to work across teams and cooperatively, also in the home office.
