Job Description

Analyze requirements, develop solutions, and implement them yourself. Prospectively take over the functional and technical responsibility for a complete module of our HR IT system. Continuous personal development (know-how, methodology, tools). Collaboration in a stable, supportive team without travel.

What we are looking for

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. Motivated career changers with relevant experience are also welcome.
• High motivation and willingness to actively shape and further develop our solutions.
• High affinity for technical contexts combined with strong analytical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Initial experience in the SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning, or the willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Team spirit with the willingness for cross-team and cooperative work, also in the home office.
