Location & Contract

• Remote work from anywhere in Greece (relocation required)
• Onsite option: free apartment provided during your stay
• Full-time, 12-month initial contract
• Available start dates: Feb 27 | Mar 6 | Mar 13
• Schedule: To be confirmed during the interview
• Salary: €1,300 x 14 months + performance bonus 10--20%

Ideal Candidate

• German C1 or native
• English B2
• Valid EU work permit. NO VISA/SPONSORSHIP IS OFFERED-
• Interest in technology and strong customer focus
• No prior experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German for high-end technology products
• Advise on product usage, maintenance, and orders
• Manage warranties and after-sales services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a premium customer experience
• Meet individual KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards
