Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team colleagues to develop custom software throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This includes involvement in every step: conception, design, discussion of end-user feedback, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Engage in development across various domains: Web Applications / Mobile Apps / Cloud Infrastructure.
• Work full-stack, implementing individual features from the frontend through the backend to the database.
• Actively contribute your own ideas and experiences to develop the optimal software solution for our clients and your team.

Profile

Qualifications

We do not adhere to a fixed stack; instead, we decide on the technologies and programming languages for each project anew. However, through our ongoing project experience, a core set of languages and technologies has crystallized that we enjoy and successfully utilize.

Programming Languages: TypeScript, Dart, Go Frontend: Flutter, React, Next.js Backend: Express, Nest.js Databases: PostgreSQL, Firestore Infrastructure: Terraform, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker Tools: Git, Gitlab CI

Having professional experience with one or more of these technologies is definitely a plus! Naturally, we also use many other tools and programming languages, and we are eager to hear about the ideas and experiences you bring.

Your Profile

• You have professional software development experience, preferably 3+ years of work experience and/or significant personal projects.
• You enjoy working in a team of 3-5 developers.
• You appreciate pragmatic software, clear communication, and transparent structures.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.

What We Offer

• Remote work or home office is possible. However, you should live in or around Hamburg and be willing to come to the office occasionally. Most employees are in the office about 3-4 days a week.
• An office in the heart of Altona (with a garden!) with excellent public transport connections.
• 30 days of vacation.
• Flexible working hours – anything from 32 to 40 hours per week is possible.
• Transparent salary (currently €70,000 - €85,000).
