About the Company
Our client is a regulated financial and technology company based in Frankfurt that provides institutional investors with access to cryptocurrencies and digital assets. The company connects traditional financial markets with the world of digital assets, developing its own technological platforms for this purpose.
Your Role
To strengthen the international development team, we are looking for a Software Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on backend development for the Frankfurt location.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and enhancement of a proprietary trading platform in the crypto environment
- Implementation of technical requirements within the backend components and integration of internal frontend interfaces
- Development and optimization of functions for automated trading processes and real-time data processing
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from trading, quantitative analysis, infrastructure, and product
- Ensuring stability, scalability, and code quality through clean architecture, testing, and continuous improvements
- Active participation in the further development of a powerful and scalable system landscape
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with Python
- Experience in developing productive backend systems
- Knowledge in the development and integration of REST APIs and WebSocket communication
- Experience with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, or gRPC
- Interest in financial markets, blockchain technology, or digital assets is desirable
- Very good English skills, German skills are a plus
