Job Context

As a Freelance Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of marketing projects. You will coordinate internal teams, external service providers, and clients, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met, and keeping an eye on all project phases.

Tasks (Approximate Work Distribution):

• 25% Maintaining project management documents (especially in Notion)
• 25% Research and development of creative concepts
• 20% Monitoring timelines, budgets, and resources
• 30% Other tasks:
  • Planning and management of marketing campaigns (e.g., Ads, Content, Events)
  • Coordination between clients, creative teams, and external partners
  • Creation of reports and status updates
  • Quality assurance and optimization of project workflows
