Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in the German market by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, while pursuing new business opportunities and reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, and tenders, ensuring compliance with procedures and achievement of commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Group departments to ensure alignment of commercial activities with overall Group strategy.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Group policies and local regulations when interacting with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for sales performance improvement and support initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales, with demonstrated success in leading teams and driving performance.
  • Background in a multicultural environment within an international group, including regular collaboration with headquarters abroad.
  • Experience in a related industrial sector (e.g., PPE, industrial supplies, construction materials), with strong knowledge of specialized distribution networks such as professional wholesalers, specialist distributors, or DIY chains.
  • Based in Germany (native or bilingual German speaker) with fluency in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
  • Open-minded, curious, and adaptable, with a global mindset and respect for cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and ambition, combined with a strategic focus on business development and growth.
